We are a small company because we like it that way. Our team is made up of Licensed Food Service Managers and skilled culinary professionals who share a broad knowledge of institutional food-service management and a commitment to the community. We value being involved with the delivery and enjoyment of our product on a daily basis, and making a difference in the lives of our clients and their participants.

Peggy Rasmussen, Owner
Peg is a successful entrepreneur and restaurateur who takes great pride in her ability to satisfy customers and actively partner with the community. Her extensive history in community leadership and volunteerism in non-profit organizations and local government gives her a depth of experience that adds considerable value to her work. Plus, she makes a heck of a pie.

Liz Hoch, General Manager
Liz coordinates the day-to-day operation of Home Plate Products, manages quality control and acts as lead client contact. With more than 15 years of extraordinary customer- and client-service-based experience, Liz coordinates every detail of our clients' programs. If you need something, Liz will make it happen.

Michelle Gorman, Consulting Dietician, MS, RD, LD (Twin City Nutrition)
Michelle has a broad range of experience with medical and commercial clients. She brings specific knowledge related to eating disorders and medication issues.
